Jack Daniel's Three Bean Baked Beans
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 can (15 oz.) northern white beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) pork & beans, not drained
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey
1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Tennessee Hickory BBQ Sauce
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
1/4 pound BBQ Pork, chopped
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a two-quart casserole dish.
Combine all ingredients.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
