Recipe - Jack Daniels French fries

•large freezer size zip loc bag

•1/2 potatoe per person

•crushed pepper

•garlic

•cayenne pepper

•allspice

•brown sugar

•jack daniels

•olive oil spray



Directions

1.slice potatoes into french fries slices....think steak fries.

2.put slices in gallon zip lock bag

3.add the rest of the ingredients to taste, i like a splash of jackdaniels and i prefer to spray the potatoes  toss them in the bag and spray a little more so they are coated and everything sticks

4.after you have rolled the slices around in the bag put them on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees.

5.I like to put them on aluminum foil before the cookie sheet...easy clean up.

Recipe for Jack Daniels Barbeque Sauce

Jack Daniels Barbeque Sauce


•Jack Daniels, about 1/2 to 3/4 cup, or to taste

•1/2 cup chopped onion

•4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

•2 cups ketchup

•1/3 cup vinegar

•3 tablespoons

•Worcestershire sauce

•1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

•3/4 cup molasses

•1/2 teaspoon pepper

•1/2 tablespoon salt

•1/4 cup tomato paste

•1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke

•1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, or to taste

Preparation:

Combine onion, garlic and Jack Daniels in a 3 quart saucepan. Sauté until translucent, about 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients, bring to boil. Simmer uncovered until reduced and thickened, about 15 to 25 minutes. Add more Jack Daniels if a stronger flavor is desired.

Cocktail Recipe's

Lynchburg Lemonade

1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

1 part triple sec

1 part sour mix

Stir all ingredients with 4 parts lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherries.


Jack & Coke

1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

3 parts Coke
Serve over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.



Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple

1½ parts Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

½ part apple liqueur

1 part sweet and sour

½ part Sprite


Shake ingredients together and serve over ice in a rocks glass. Add Sprite. Garnish with a cherry.


Jack and Ginger

1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

3 parts ginger ale

Serve over ice. Garnish with lime.


Jack Sour

1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

3 parts sweet and sour mix

Serve over ice. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.


Tennessee Tea

1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

1 part triple sec

1 part sour mix

2 parts Coke

Combine ingredients and serve over ice.


Cranberry Jack

1½ parts Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

1 part Chambord

1 part cranberry juice

2 parts sweet and sour mix

Splash of Sprite

Shake ingredients together and serve over ice in a rocks glass. Add a splash of Sprite



Vanilla Jack

1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

½ part Tuaca

3 parts ginger ale

Splash of triple sec


In a mixing glass filled with ice, add ingredients. Roll contents, but do not shake. Pour into a highball glass. Add a cherry.


Jack Daniel’s Manhattan

1-1/2 parts Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

½ part sweet vermouth

Dash of bitters

Combine in a shaker with ice. Serve straight up. Garnish with a cherry.


Hot Tennessee Toddy

1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

Spoonful of honey

Cinnamon stick

A good squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Boiling water

Pour Jack Daniel’s into a heavy mug. Add a spoonful of honey, cinnamon stick and lemon juice. Top with boiling water and stir.

Recipe - Jack Daniels Special Pie

Jack Daniel's Special Pie

1 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup chocolate chips
4 Tbsp Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
9-inch deep dish unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until filling is set.

Recipe- Jack Daniels Sour Cream Corn bread

All Time Favorite Sour Cream Corn Bread

3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups canned creamed corn
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups self-rising corn meal, lightly packed
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp melted butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place iron skillet in oven and leave to heat until mix is prepared.
Combine first 7 ingredients in the order shown. Blend well.
Remove skillet from oven and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour in batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush top with melted butter.
Serve warm with Jack Daniel's Honey Butter.
